How did you get into the sport?
Always had a love for endurance-based sports since a young age. For the past few years, it’s levelled up a notch, competing at a state and national level, both on land & in the water.
Hardest thing about your sport?
Triathlon – the sheer grit required when the going gets tough! The mix of the three sports into the one, almost always requires a certain level of resilience and determination.
What does your regular training week consist of?
Generally, I am exercising most days – whether that be on land or in water. In a training block, I’m usually training a few hours a day, over 20hrs a week.
How do you keep motivated?
There’s a few layers to this. I’d definitely say a self-fulfillment to be better than yesterday; an internal focus & drive from a performance lens; and a big love for community interaction!
Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)
Some huge goals lined up in 2025 – from ultra swims to marathons, and a few ironmans!
