Sporting Accomplishments:
I started in 2021 just for fun. My first event was in Port Stephens, NSW, and since then, I’ve fallen in love with the sport. I’ve collected numerous podium finishes across different distances and locations, including international competitions. I won a national championship in my category, took the title at the APAC Championship in Thailand, and recently placed in the top 20 at the World Championship in Greece.
How did you get into the sport?
I’ve been passionate about sports from a young age and tried many, but cycling was my main focus. Back in Italy, I rode both road bikes and MTB daily. After moving to Australia, I initially struggled to find time for cycling, so I switched to climbing before discovering obstacle course racing (OCR) through events like the Spartan Race.
Hardest thing about your sport?
You can train with friends or in groups, but once you’re out there, it’s just you. The biggest challenge is mental; you have to overcome your own limits. But once you do, you’re always driven to find the next, bigger challenge.
What does your regular training week consist of?
I train every day—no excuses! I work full-time, but training is my passion, so it doesn’t feel like an obligation. I maintain a structured routine, running five days a week with varied workouts, including speed sessions, long runs, and recovery runs. I also go to the gym twice a week to focus on exercises specifically for runners.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by challenging myself and constantly discovering what I’m truly capable of. The key is setting goals—not huge ones all at once, but smaller, achievable targets that build over time.
Goals ( Future Plans and Career Expectations)
I aim to keep improving and winning major titles like the APAC and European championships. I’d love to have support in pursuing my passion and sharing what I’ve learned with others.
