Sporting Accomplishments:
My biggest sporting accomplishments to date is completing UTMB in 2023 & 2024.
How did you get into your sport?
Decided to run a road marathon, swore I’d never do it again and the rest is history.
Hardest thing about your sport?
Keeping up on Fueling. ( Hammer nutrition helps with numerous flavours and options to choose from.)
What does your regular training week consist of?
Road running, Trail running, Mountain/Gravel Biking & Strength training.
How do you keep motivated?
Always having something on the cards, a race or event in the back of my mind that I know I need to work towards. It’s like planning a holiday, if you have something to look forward to all the hard days / hard work is worth it.
Goal (Further Plans & Career Expectations)
UTMB has become a bit of a sticking point for me. It’s the hardest race I have even done, but some how its caught my attention and I want to try and achieve a really successful result. So I’d be looking to do what I can to get back over to Chamonix and do my absolute best!
